Annual CNBC WestCoast Picnic

You're invited to our annual denominational CNBC WestCoast picnic on Saturday, August 23rd at Bear Creek Park in Surrey. This year’s picnic will be hosted by South Asian Community Church (SACC).

Date: Saturday, August 23rd

Time: 10:00-3:00 with lunch served about 12:00

Place: Bear Creak Park, parking lot off 140th Street at 86A Avenue – see the map here for directions: Bear Creek Parking - Google Maps

Activities: Potluck lunch, volleyball tournament, bouncy castle

To bring:  a chair or blanket to sit on, your own drinks, a food item to share

Hotdogs will be supplied, plus South Asian Community Church will prepare pakoras and chai.

Please bring one of the following foods to share:

• any type of salad (please bring your own cooler to keep food cold until serving time)

• vegetable tray

• fruit (cut up and ready)

• chips

• cookies or any other desserts.

We will have our annual friendly volleyball tournament after lunch. We are allowed to put our net up with stakes to hold it in place this year! Put together a team from your church, or you can combine with another church on the day of to form a team. SACC took the trophy last year – maybe your church will carry it home this year!
